  • Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow

  • Meeting clients or perform sales calls in any occasion or as needed.

Job Description

  • Process payroll for hourly, salaried, and temporary employees; including reviewing and importing hours from time and attendance system
  • Implement and maintain payroll best practices to improve efficiency and consult with human resources team to improve payroll and HRIS processes.
  • Evaluate and implement payroll/HRIS systems upgrades and changes.
  • Maintain employee records in payroll/HRIS systems.
  • Administer the time and attendance policy and paid leave policy for all employees.
  • Produces scheduled and ad-hoc reports pertaining to payroll and human resources requirements.

Job Qualifications

  • Should be an accounting graduate
  • With or without experience
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel
  • Accounting softwares is a plus
  • Must be willing to do field work related to HR.
  • No failed grades reflected on the transcript of records and must be willing to work extended hours.
  • Versatile, Can do multitasking.
