Email Support Representative
- Must have at least 6 Months of experience as an agent in a BPO setup.
- Good in Oral & Written Communication.
- Must have a computer/laptop and internet connection for WFH arrangement after the training period, once eligible.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
- Demonstrates ownership of every customer interaction to achieve successful first time resolution on all contacts.
- Demonstrates the ability to recognize and identify system, process and policy issues impacting our customer and drive business improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrates excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies and procedures.
- Willing to work on a Graveyard Shift. Willing to report ON-SITE. Can start ASAP.
