Email Support Representative


  • Must have at least 6 Months of experience as an agent in a BPO setup.
  • Good in Oral & Written Communication.
  • Must have a computer/laptop and internet connection for WFH arrangement after the training period, once eligible.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
  • Demonstrates ownership of every customer interaction to achieve successful first time resolution on all contacts.
  • Demonstrates the ability to recognize and identify system, process and policy issues impacting our customer and drive business improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrates excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies and procedures.
  • Willing to work on a Graveyard Shift. Willing to report ON-SITE. Can start ASAP.
